In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your products to return them. No justification is required, but the return costs are at the customer's expense.
Inform us of your decision by email at sales@carinedyrsan.com within 14 days. The product must be returned within 14 days of your decision.
D'YRSAN reserves the right to refuse reimbursement in the event of depreciation due to handling other than that necessary to establish the nature and proper functioning of the product. No reimbursement will be made if the returned products do not correspond to the order.
The return must follow the general and return conditions; otherwise, no refund will be made, and all costs will remain the responsibility of the customer. A confirmation email will be sent after receipt of the returned products and refund.
Some products made to order are non-refundable. In the rare case of a defective item on delivery, an exchange is offered. In the absence of written notification within 7 days, CARINE D'YRSAN declines all responsibility.
The customer may also exchange a product within 14 days. Damaged Products as well as sealed Products (e.g. swimwear) that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned and exchanged for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
Products are subject to legal conformity guarantees. In the event of lack of conformity within 12 months of delivery, the customer may request replacement or reimbursement.
Warranty exclusions : The warranty does not cover products modified, repaired, integrated or added to other objects by the customer. It excludes damage due to transport, misuse, normal wear and aging.
